Victor Hugo Marreiros born in Macau in 1960.

Founding Member and Vice-presidentof CAC, “Circulo dos Amigos da Cultura de Macau”(Circle of Friends of Culture). Member of the Design Association of Macau. Member of the Design Association of Portugal.

In 1986, he studied at Escola Superior de Belas Artes do Porto in Portugal, with a scholarship granted by Instituto Cultural de Macau.

Art Director of TVChanel “Tele Difusao de Macau (TDM)”, 1984-1988. Art Director of the cultural magazine “Revista da Cultura”, publication of the Macau Cultural Institute (since 1990). Head of the graphic Department of Macau Cultural Institute (since 1990). Founder of MARR Design in 1990 and victor hugo design in 1988. On the 5th of October of 1999, was awarded the Medal of “Professional Merit”by the Government of Macau.
