Lucille Chang is becoming known for her innovatively-styled design which often creates a sensation. Born and raised in Macau, she graduated from CPTTM of Macau and designed for the Ladies’ Brand in China. Lucille won the Excellence Award of the 7th Brother Cup (China International Young Fashion Designer Contest) in 1999 and the Silver Award of Macau Fashion Designer Contest in the same year. Now she is working as a columnist in the newspaper. Lucille divides her time between China and Macau.
