Cosmo Wong
Cosmo Wong, born and raised and working in Macau. She studied visual arts in France, and graduated with a master’s degree in contemporary art practice from Royal College of Art in London 2019. Currently lives and works in Shanghai and Macau.
Her creation is based on the life experience of different cities, so as to observe her own culture and the contradictory and mysterious dialogues from the phenomenon in society. Through repeating “self-estrangement” behavior with various forms (painting, video, installation), she reiterate and reconstruct the pulse and reality by the withdrawal and practice of life elsewhere day after day, in order to interpret the dividing lines between people and the environment.
