Frank Lei Ioi-fan graduated from Paris III University,BA of Cinema & Audiovisuel. photography department of E.N.S.A.D. in Paris. Macau University, Master of Chinese Litterateur. He had joined the photographic news report group to Cuba. He was a Professor of the Superior School of Arts of the Macao Polytechnic Instate in 1994. Had been awarded first prize at international photography contest La vie dans la rue sponsored by Muse Francis de la Photographic.
